Memorandum Of Understanding

Please peruse and approve the conditions of this Memorandum of Understanding between {Organization A} and {Organization B}. We are looking forward to this project, and although none of the conditions in this memorandum shall be considered legally binding for either party, let us agree to abide by the spirit of mutual effort and benefit to the success of this joint venture.

• {Organization A and B} will work together on {Project} from {date} to {date}, with up to {amount of time} extra to account for delays.
• {Organization A} will provide {amount} {funding/materials/equipment/labor}.
• {Organization B} will provide {amount} {funding/materials/equipment/labor}.
• Neither party will be held accountable for liabilities, debts, or liens that arise for the individual organizations.
• Disputes shall be addressed by {strategy}.
• Communication will be conducted primary through {type} at {frequency}.
• Either party may make changes or amendments only with the written approval of the other party.
